Our extra virgin olive oil (DOP) is the result of careful care of the olive trees that we cultivate with love and passion. The oil is obtained from rigorously selected olives, harvested by hand and cold pressed to preserve their taste and nutritional properties. The extra virgin olive oil of the Galatea Farmhouse will give you a unique taste experience, enriching your dishes with an intense flavor and an inviting aroma.
For wine lovers, we offer a selection of organic wines, produced with grapes from our vineyard. Our vine is grown organically, without the use of pesticides or harmful chemicals and sulphites. The result is a high quality wine, which best expresses the characteristics of the Sorrento area. You can taste white and red wines, which will go perfectly with your dishes or will give you a moment of pleasure in company.
Our jams are a real delight for the palate. Prepared with fresh fruit grown on our farm, Galatea jams are full of flavor and 100% natural. You can choose from a variety of flavors, such as oranges, lemons, mandarins, apricots, strawberries, plums, figs and cherries. Our jams are prepared following traditional recipes which allow us to preserve the authentic taste of the fruit.
To complete our offer, we present our homemade liqueurs. With care and passion, we produce a selection of handcrafted liqueurs which are a true expression of the Sorrento area. Limoncello, made with Sorrento lemons (PGI), Nocino, Myrtle, Mandarinetto, Finocchietto, Crema di Limone and Strawberry liqueur are just some of the liqueurs you can taste. These delicious drinks represent the perfect combination of tradition and authentic flavour.
